By using PictoRhinestone (pictorhinestone.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

PictoRhinestone is an online tool that converts uploaded images into rhinestone pattern files (SVG or PDF). A free preview is provided before purchase. The final vector file is delivered after a one-time payment of $4.00.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are final. Since you can preview the pattern before paying, we do not offer refunds after the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your file, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Uploaded Images

You retain full ownership of any images you upload.
By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to use it.
Uploaded images are used solely to generate your pattern and are deleted after 48 hours.
Do not upload images that violate copyright, contain illegal content, or infringe on third-party rights.

Generated Files

Once purchased, the generated SVG or PDF file is yours to use for personal or commercial production without restrictions. We do not claim any ownership over the generated patterns.

Limitation of Liability

PictoRhinestone is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any production errors, material waste, or losses resulting from the use of generated pattern files. Always verify the pattern before large-scale production.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
